US Border Security Spiraling Out Of Control Under Obama
Last Monday a firefight between US Border Patrol agents & the Mexican Army was barely averted, in yet another example of the lack off control that the Obama Administration has over our borders. According to the associated press, Pointing their rifles, Mexican security forces chased away U.S. authorities investigating the shooting of a 15-year-old Mexican by a U.S. Border Patrol agent on the banks of the Rio Grande, says the FBI and other witnesses. The FBI ended up having to finish the shooting investigation with Mexican soldier’s guns pointed at them from across the river.
It will be interesting to see whether the United States will once again hang it’s border agents out to dry, as they did in the case of Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean, or if they will stand by the sane assertion that you can’t throw boulders at law officers on the border of a sovereign nation, & expect to have rubber bullets shot at you. As you may recall, Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean encountered Osbaldo Aldrete-Davilla on Feb. 17, 2005. He was in a vehicle carrying illegal drugs near a levee road close to the Rio Grande River near the Texas town of Febens.
Compean scuffled briefly with the drug trafficker and some shots were fired as the illegal alien headed back across the border. Ramos chased Aldrete-Davilla who was brandishing an object the border patrolman believed to be a gun, so he fired his handgun and struck the drug smuggler in the rear end.
For doing his job, he and the other agent were eventually found guilty of assault charges & other related crimes, then sentenced to 11 and 12 years in prison, respectively. George W.Bush pardoned the agents as he left office, but the point is that they should have never been prosecuted in the first place. If the border fence had been built as we’ve been promised over & over by lying politicians with a lot more political reasons to keep the borders open then to close them, none of these incidents would have occurred the way they have been. For instance, if the border was fenced correctly, (with a formidable & challenging fence) & was manned at ever 25-50 yards, & each man had a sniper rifle, an assault rifle, a tranquilizer gun, & a bull horn, border security would be much more simple. The agent’s announcement to anyone seen scaling the fence would go something like this: “Stop climbing the fence, because when you get to the other side, you will be shot with a tranquilizer dart, put in jail, & then deported anyway. If you brandish any weapons, you will be shot with live & lethal ammunition.” We could say it to them in Spanish even though we have no obligation, because there will be signs on the fence.. The “fence” is a universal symbol for “stay the hell out”, & everyone knows it.
The reason this isn’t being done is pretty simple. There are those in our government who want to globalize our government & our country, & absorb it into a “one world” government. They have no interest in maintaining the sovereignty of this country. One such man is Barack Obama himself, who recently said to a group of Navy Cadets that “Our adversaries would like to see America sap its strength by overextending our power,” Obama said. “So we have to shape an international order that can meet the challenges of our generation.” Well what do you think he meant by that folks? It means don’t piss any other country off for any reason, (even if it’s righteous) & co-operate with everyone so that they’ll do you political favors later. That means Mexico too.
This man has NO INTEREST in securing our borders, & there is fact after fact supporting my claim that he is trying to tear down our sovereignty while America sleeps. Monday we had a Mexican teenager killed, & two neighboring countries pointing guns at each other as a result of the inaction of Mr. Obama’s administration, as well as those before him. Obama promised “Hope & Change”, but all we’re getting is more of the same, plus some increased border violence. Doesn’t anybody in this administration understand here that we almost had an armed conflict with Mexico Monday night? It’s out of control, just like so many other things that have happened under this administration. The spending, the Oil spill response, (golfing, basketball, & posturing), the bailouts, the jobs for political favors (Sestak & Romanoff), the nearly complete ignoring of the Tennessee flood disaster by the White house, & the list goes on.
Time after time this administration has shown itself to be exactly what I an others predicted during the 2008 election cycle, and that is INCOMPETENT. It’s time we realize that 2010 may our last chance to get it right before too much damage is done. Lets just hope that more people on the border don’t have to die, & more border agents don’t have to go to jail, before someone realizes that we need REAL change, & not the chump change that Obama is passing out.

Fascism: Police harass an armed citizen who is keeping them accountable with a video camera.
The following video is more proof that Fascism has infiltrated yet another Police Dept. in the United States. Watch as the Police here take a “Guilty until proven Innocent” approach with a citizen who video tapes his girlfriend’s traffic stop while wearing a sidearm. Assuming that they have been properly trained, they repeatedly & knowingly LIE to him about the law, & continue to insist that he prove that he’s not a felon. Watch also as the officer insists that HIS safety was being violated, by the mere presence of a firearm that is not in POLICE HANDS. I would submit here that there is not much more scary than Police officers who think they are the only ones that should be allowed to have a firearm to protect themselves in public. Doesn’t that make them like Roman soldiers, & the citizenry more akin to “subjects” under the Imperial Roman Rule from 31 BC – AD 476?
YouTube is loaded with thousands of examples of video evidence with case after case of Fascist Police action on U.S. soil. While I can certainly understand that Police are uncomfortable being video taped, their notion that they have more civil rights than a citizen walking down the street with a video camera is more akin to Nazi Germany than it is to the America our Founding Fathers envisioned.. If they are uncomfortable with guns, perhaps being a Police officer is a bad idea, since our laws dictate that we have a right to carry a firearm, or even several if we so choose. The Constitutional Rights of United States citizens are not to be negotiated by Police officers on a sidewalk. It is their duty to uphold the law as written, & not to make it up as they see fit for their personal comfort. If you see behavior like that which is seen on the video below, know that you do NOT have to tolerate it, & you should report it. When Police lie to the citizens, they violate our trust, & when trust is violated, Police encounters can become dangerous to both Police & citizen. Police have a right to PROTECT themselves from physical harm, but not to protect their egos, or to protect themselves from being “afraid” at the cost of a citizens civil rights. Again I will say, if you are too afraid to be around guns as a Police officer, then go to England & be an unarmed Bobby standing under 30 or so surveillance cameras on every street corner! Fearful people do not belong in that job.. Period.. Fearful people will do anything for self preservation, even violate the rights of others..
For those of you who will say that “It’s easy for you to say, you’re not around strangers with guns.” You would be wrong.. I don’t know more than half of the people I encounter in the State Park in Tennessee wearing a sidearm, or walking down the street, or those that I go to a shooting range with. I rely on the kind of faith in my fellow citizens that made this nation great, & on God to protect me.. Ronald Reagan once wisely said to “Trust, but Verify”.
Do I glance over once in a while to make sure that they aren’t doing anything dangerous or provocative with their firearm? Of course, just like I do when I’m driving down the road with other people driving 2+ ton weapons.. The day only Police have guns, is they day that they will begin to turn into completely fascist criminals, because absolute Power corrupts absolutely!
Lastly: Notice that the officers never put their hands on their weapons… If this wasn’t an “EGO STOP”, & if they were truly in fear for their safety, why would they not have a hand on the grip of their firearms?
