The year was 1968, The Tet Offensive had shocked the world, Martin Luther King had just been tragically assassinated, & Nixon was about to become President of the United States. That same year in the City of Worcester Massachusetts, the largest land area city in the state, Dan Lee was born as the youngest child of three. Born to two disabled parents, life was pretty hard at times as his family depended mostly on public housing & welfare to get by. However, Dan’s parents taught him to be strong, & encouraged his independence at an early age.

By the age of twelve Dan began to realize that his life was different than those of some of his schoolmates, & that his violence & poverty wracked neighborhood was the exception in the city, rather than the norm. In this less than friendly neighborhood, he would have to make a choice; become a permanent part of the landscape, or rise above & get out. Thankfully he chose the latter.

Having shown a great interest in mechanical things at an early age, his father taught him starting at the age of seven to begin repairing and maintaining his own bicycle. This was a skill that would eventually evolve into a number of career options, starting with an apprenticeship at a neighborhood Auto Repair facility. It was a life changing experience, & a job that would teach him the value of hard work, & the pride of learning to successfully support one’s self. Having also had a strong muusic interest, at the age of 15 he bought his own guitar & amplifier through a layaway program at Union Music, a legendary music store located in Downtown Worcester Ma. It was the only way he’d ever be able to afford it.

Soon however he would discover the world of social politics, as he went from band to band & discovered that his advocating of hard work & anti-drugging stance were not very popular with most in the Massachusetts “Anti-Establishment” musician crowd. At 19 years old Dan accepted Christ as his savior, & met the woman who would become his wife of 20 years & counting. After being literally run out of several jobs in very liberal Massachusetts over Politics, his Christian values, & resistance to political correctness run amok, Dan Lee & his wife settled in Tennessee where his interest in General Politics grew even more intense.

The Dan Lee report was founded in mid 2007, in part with the dream of eventually taking his home state back from the Militant Liberal Progressives that have overrun Massachusetts, one of the most historical places in our nation. Dan Lee believes that a major front in that battle is to take back Conservative’s fair share of the Media, & Educational influence; two areas that Liberals have hijacked with the devious agenda of brainwashing our youth & the public on a variety of important issues. It is a mission that he’s committed the rest of his life to. He and other warriors in kind, are the fabric that makes up the Alternative Media. Dan Lee is poised to help bring sanity back to News, Education & Politics in the U.S.
