NO MIRANDA Rights for U.S. Citizens? For the Love of God, who in their right mind says this?
I was taking a break from Politics for a while, so that I might be able to have a life with my friends & family, but THIS.. THIS WOKE ME FROM my slumber!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., said on “Fox News Sunday” that determining how to deal with Miranda rights is essential as the country faces “more and more homegrown terrorists — yes, American citizens.”
Eric Holder (from the administration that suggests returning veterans, people who don’t agree with abortion, own guns, or don’t care for the Federal Government are likely terrorists) is suggesting that we do away with Miranda Rights, The Fifth Amendment, & the Right to remain silent! That is the chorus coming from the far lefties in the Obama admin. You may remember being insulted by the Department of Homeland Security about this time last year with their report on “Right Wing Extremists”, that basically included anyone & everyone who opposes a tyrannical government. Perhaps even more frightening, is that some insane Republicans are agreeing with this! It’s COMPLETELY UNCONSTITUTIONAL & DANGEROUS TO LIBERTY! THIS IS PERHAPS THE MOST BRAZEN ATTACK ON YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS TO EVER BE INITIATED IN THE UNITED STATES. We MUST act now by writing to your representatives, as well as ensuring that anyone who proposes trashing the constitutional rights of Americans, is immediately removed from office.. So what could NO Right to remain silent mean? Think about this.. How will they FORCE someone to talk? Torture? Weeks in solitary confinement with no lawyer, no representation? Who will be deciding who is a potential terrorist? Janet Napolitano? Who’s agency suggested that several groups of law abiding citizens, including returning war veterans be suspected as potential terrorists?
This idiocy MUST NOT go forward one more step, & it is imperative that you contact your Representatives in Congress regarding this immediately!

Can you believe these tyrannical thugs? Obama & his cronies are actually using the EPA as a nightstick to threaten Congress that they will “Break the Legs of Business” unless they comply & enact stricter emissions regulations.. Do as we say, or I can’t promise you that my CRAZY partner here won’t pull his gun out & shoot you! It’s like a Danny Glover/Mel Gibson scene right out of the movie “Lethal Weapon”, except now it’s not funny, because our President & his White House are doing it for real.
Its no wonder that Obama’s Approval has fallen into the lame duck area of about 47% by most reputable polling organizations. He and his administration are thugs, & crooked cops! Extortionists with Government posts!
Please write or call your Congressmen, to remind them that they work for us, not for the puppet of the far left. They need to think about the business of the American people, & their own careers, not about a one term figurehead for the far left, named Barack Hussein Obama.
