Is US Attorney General Eric Holder Scratching Backs at Our Expense?
According to Sean Hannity today on his radio show, there seems to be a MAJOR conflict of interest with Eric Holder’s decision to try some of the 9/11 conspirators in the U.S., & move many of them here. This would give them access to miranda rights, as well as other Constitutional rights that should not be afforded enemies who have committed an act of war against our country. The problem is, the law firm he used to be a senior member of, Covington & Burling, is representing those very same detainees! They will more than likely be paid with your tax dollars to represent those detainees! I mean, what happens in our legal system when someone can’t afford a lawyer? They have a PUBLIC Defender appointed to them right? What about the massive police presence & security expenses that will be required? Will Police be dealing with trial security in NYC, when actual US citizens need them? Does anyone else see how perverse it is for us to pay to defend Non-Citizens that committed an act of war against us?
Hannity isn’t the first to raise the red flag on this. Michelle Malkin smelled a rat back in January, & knowing her political prowess, probably long before that..

The 9/11 Trials.. Obama is opening old wounds, & playing with fire.
With the recent news that the Obama administration is planning to try Khalid Shaikh Mohammed & other 9/11 conspirators in NYC, there’s been a lot of varying opinions on why it shouldn’t be done. In my opinion the most compelling argument is that of a Constitutional one. Once they are here, they get the same Constitutional rights as any law abiding American citizen. If that’s not enough to make your head explode, then here’s some others to consider.
Jury trials with a bunch of defense lawyers stacking the deck with a jury of the terrorist’s peers.
When the prosecutions asks “Where were you on the day of Sept. 11, 2001 Sir?” The terrorist replies: “I… I can’t remember.. I was SOOOoOOoooo tortured by Mr. Bush & his terrible henchman.. I can’t sleep.. I have nightmares about Bruce Springsteen Marrying my daughter, & my grandchildren being Born in the USA..”
But the worst.. THE WORST PART in all seriousness, is letting these scum set their foot on our soil while they are still breathing. Letting them see what they’ve done, & giving them the privilege of seeing the Great City of New York, & the America that their victims could never see again after that fateful day.
Why should they have the satisfaction & the free media spotlight put on their cause once again? They cause of terror & hatred toward even those who did them no harm.
How can this President & this administration completely disregard the legacy of those who were murdered & burned to death or asphyxiated, or had to jump from the burning towers to avoid the searing pain of being burned alive.. Has Mr. Obama forgotten? Or did he just never care in the first place?
What of the emotional trauma that the friends & relatives of the 9/11 victims? What about the Americans like me, who lost their jobs as a direct result of the attacks?
The Obama administration has not put us first, the ones who built this country by going to work every day & being productive. Instead they are playing a political game of appeasement, & repeating the failed Carteresque strategies of the past in dealing with terrorist nations & leaders.
Why doesn’t he care about what we say? Isn’t Barack Obama supposed to help us heal, & bring Hope & Change? Instead he’s putting a torch to the scarred hands & feet of America, in the name of some kind of perverted justice, whereby even the most wicked & vile of men are given the same rights as those who have demonstrated an ability to live peacefully all of their lives.
This administration has called good Americans Potential Terrorist because we believe in modest government, the 2nd amendment, & a God who saves, yet when a muslim terrorist goes on a murderous rampage, we’re told by Barack Hussein Obama not to “jump to conclusions”. Just who’s side is Barack Hussein Obama on? Because if he’s claiming to be on the side of America, why does he burn us? Why does he put others first? It’s time for him to answer to those whom he has pledged to serve, or it’s time for his party to be put in the background where they can do no more harm to this great country.
It’s time for the Democrats & Barack Hussein Obama to drop flame thrower, & show us they are on our side.
