Germany Concerned Its Evidence to Be Used to Back Death Penalty in 9/11 Trial

Justice Ministry spokeswoman Katharina Jahntz on Saturday confirmed a report in Der Spiegel that a German observer would attend the trial to ensure that no evidence provided by Germany would be used to apply the death penalty.

Is this all part of a New World Order? Germany is now engaging in extortion? Evidence for a death sentence pardon? Who’s country is this again? Now Germany is going to tell us how to punish a group of animals who’s crimes against humanity are only rivaled by, Nazi Germany? Well isn’t that rich..

We are i big trouble my friends. Our Freedom & Sovereignty is on life support, & Dr. Evil is on the floor..

So thank you Mr. Eric Holder, for giving Jihad a world stage, & the greatest media access it’s ever had! You’re a real genius! Thanks for making sure it will become even more dangerous for our soldiers in Iraq & Afghanstan, & as Mr. Malik Nadal Hasan has proven, more dangerous here at home too!

Thanks to you, there’s nowhere where our military will be able to find peace & rest. In fact in some cases as one soldier’s wife put it, “They are safer in Iraq, at least there they can shoot back.”

Mr. Holder, your traitorous actions are already baring fruit in favor of Al Queda & for the cause of Jihadists worldwide. Is this what your goal was? To bring America to it’s knees from within, so you can help to establish a global government? Well just remember that, You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time. You Sir are NOT fooling us.. You’re making us very angry, & in 2010, you will feel the wrath of the people at the voting booth..

So I’m listening to Eric Holder’s meeting with Congress today, & while being questioned by Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, Holder made the statement that he chose NYC for the Terror Trials because the US Marshall’s office told him they are “already blast proofed, & will require no additional construction”. SOoooooo… Hmmmm… Doesn’t that sound like he’s expecting an attack during the trials? What about those outside the court house walking by if there’s a bomb set off? Are they expendable?

Now being a Democrat, I’m sure Senator Klobuchar caught his mistake & helped Holder to quickly gloss over it. She didn’t ask any questions about having to use a Fortified court for a terror trial, & what might happen to those nearby to the courthouse that are NOT in fortified buildings.. Go figure.. I really wanted to know.

Senator Whitehouse (D) suggests that the US Attorney General shouldn’t consider the opinion of Congress, or the citizens of the United States when making decisions..

So in other words, they should be completely unaccountable.. He goes on to claim that Article Three Courts are more qualified to handle the trials than the Military Commissions. Holder (of course) concurs ‘gently’.. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed likes this..

Via Fox News: Meanwhile, President Obama said in one of a series of TV interviews during his trip to Asia that those offended by the legal privileges given to Mohammed by virtue of getting a civilian trial rather than a military tribunal won’t find it “offensive at all when he’s convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him.”

Obama quickly added that he did not mean to suggest he was prejudging the outcome of Mohammed’s trial. “I’m not going to be in that courtroom,” he said. “That’s the job of the prosecutors, the judge and the jury.”

Obama is of course missing the point.. Whether or not they are ALL convicted, he is handing them an ideological victory by letting them step back on US Soil alone. It was an act of war, & they do NOT DESERVE the same Constitutional Rights as law abiding U.S. Citizens.

Agendas, they have them..

Update:
Senator Colburn asks Holder if detainees can legally ask for “immigration asylum” based on the “anit-torture” act, Holder “does not know”. Holder also states that he cannot “imagine” these terrorists will be released on Parole onto the streets of America. He doesn’t guarantee it.

Apparently he hasn’t seen the story about the Lockerbie bomber.. He calls these scenarios “extreme hypothetical”. Lindsey Graham gets Holder to admit that in a Military court, the combatants could be held indefinitely, regardless of a trial, or miranda warnings.

What a Circus… So much consideration for Mass Murderer’s.. Meanwhile, the 9/11 victims are still dead, & NYC is being terrorized again, only this time it’s by our Government.
